Yes. House Of RĀGE launch orders are preorders placed directly through the website.

Please allow 8 - 10 business days for processing, quality check, and preparation before shipping. This does not include carrier transit time after your order has shipped.

House Of RĀGE is launching with virgin bundles, raw bundles, HD lace closures, and HD lace frontals only. Wigs are available upon request for first access members only.

Tracking will be emailed once your order has completed processing and has shipped.

Cancellations may only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, unless processing has already started.

Order changes are not guaranteed after checkout. Please review your product, texture, length, lace size, shipping address, and email address before placing your preorder.

Due to the nature of hair products, hair must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging to be considered for return. Hair that has been installed, cut, colored, bleached, washed, or altered is not eligible for return.

For a natural look, 2–3 bundles are usually recommended. For longer lengths or a fuller look, 3–4 bundles may be needed. Closures and frontals are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

 Custom wigs are not yet part of our permanent collection, but limited wig requests are available exclusively to House of RĀGE First Access Members. Each request is reviewed individually and is subject to hair availability, customization options, and separate pricing.

Yes. Orders of $250 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $250 will be charged standard shipping at checkout.
