Refund policy
Due to the hygienic nature of our luxury hair products, House Of RĀGE Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges on opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, colored, chemically altered, or customized hair products. If your order arrives defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, please email houseofragehairco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and a detailed description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all House Of RĀGE Boutique hair products are considered final sale once they have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, colored, chemically processed, or otherwise altered.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect selections, or normal variations in texture, color, or wave pattern. Because every bundle is sourced from human donors, slight differences in texture, color, density, curl pattern, and luster are natural and should not be considered defects.
House Of RĀGE Boutique is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, bleaching, coloring, excessive heat, chemical processing, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions.
Proper maintenance is essential to maximizing the longevity of luxury human hair. House Of RĀGE Boutique cannot guarantee the lifespan of hair products due to differences in maintenance routines, styling habits, and environmental factors.
Minor shedding, individual gray hairs, naturally occurring split ends, and slight variations in color or texture are normal characteristics of authentic human hair and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If we approve a return due to a verified defect or shipping error, the appropriate replacement or refund will be determined after inspection.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by House Of RĀGE Boutique.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at houseofragehairco@gmail.com.
Preorder Items
All preorder products are made available before inventory is physically in stock. Estimated processing and shipping timeframes are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, quality inspections, customs clearance, or carrier delays. Customers will receive updates throughout the preorder process.
