House Of RĀGE Boutique currently operates on a preorder basis for select products. Estimated processing and shipping timeframes are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, quality inspections, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree that shipping dates are estimates and not guarantees. Customers will receive updates throughout the preorder process.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, preorder status, vendor timelines, and quality checks. Customers will receive updates as their order moves through processing and fulfillment.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other issues outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. House Of RĀGE Boutique is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, House Of RĀGE Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues. Customers should contact the carrier directly for tracking updates and delivery concerns.

For preorder items, shipping begins after the preorder item has been received, inspected, and prepared for fulfillment.

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to return shipping costs and any applicable restocking or processing fees. High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.
