For hygiene reasons, frontals that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, bleached, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please inspect your order before altering the lace or hair and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you received an incorrect item or believe there is a manufacturing defect.
